B58R Vent Display "BIMI"

BIMI (Built-In Monitoring Interface) is a touchscreen digital gauge that sits in the dash vent. We built it with our partners at Unlim Boost in Ukraine. It's the only in-vent gauge solution we know of for G-series and Supra, and it supports more external sensors than anything else we've seen.

What it shows

• Live screens: boost (actual and target), engine, oil and transmission temps (per clutch), intake temps, HPFP and oil pressure, AFR, torque, power, ignition angle, injection quantity, battery voltage, speed, fuel level and ethanol content.
• Graphs: you can build graphs for any of these.
• Logging: records at 30 Hz, so you can review a pull frame by frame.
• Warnings: alerts when engine, oil, transmission or exhaust temperature, oil pressure, or the water-methanol tank level crosses your limit.

Add sensors

BIMI can read external sensors:

• EGT: real exhaust temperature. Without a sensor it shows a calculated value.
• Flex fuel
• Water-methanol tank level
• Brake and tire temperature

You can switch each sensor on or off in settings.

Good to know

• Install: uses the factory FEM connections. It can't be used together with the bootmod3 Flex Fuel Kit's low-pressure fuel pump location.
• Port injection: BIMI doesn't control it. You still need a Motiv Reflex for port injection and other controls. BIMI is the display for reading it all.
