bootmod3 is the most widely used flash tuning platform for BMW F- and G-series cars. It's where nearly every B58 build starts. You flash the car through the OBD port from your phone in minutes, in your driveway, and you can go back to stock the same way.
What's included
- Off-the-shelf (OTS) maps: Stage 1 through Stage 2+, for pump gas or ethanol blends.
- CustomROM features:
- Anti-lag, to build boost on the line or for a roll race using the cruise button and throttle.
- Map switching: four maps you can change from the steering wheel.
- Flex fuel support.
- Ethanol content shown on the dash.
- Transmission torque limiter removed.
- Map editor: nearly 5,000 tables, for custom tuners.
- Datalogging: 80+ advanced channels.

From our builds
We run bootmod3 on our own cars:
- BMW M240ix: downpipe, a Dorch Stage 2 high-pressure fuel pump and a custom tune. It ran a low-8-second 60–130 on the stock turbo.
- G30 540i: Stage 2+ OTS on E50. It runs a low-9-second 60–130 at 4,000 lb.

FAQ
Can I go back to stock? Yes. You can flash back to the stock file from the app.
Does it tune the transmission? On Gen 1 F-series cars, bootmod3 includes the transmission flash. On Gen 2 G-series cars and the Supra, most owners add xHP for the 8-speed.
Which map should I start with? Stage 1 on your pump gas. Email us your mods and we'll tell you which map fits.
