Dorch Lift Kit Exhaust Camshaft (+40% HPFP Flow) - Gen 1 B58

On the B58, the high-pressure fuel pump is driven by a lobe on the exhaust camshaft. Dorch's Lift Kit is a billet exhaust cam with stock valve timing and lift, but a taller fuel-pump lobe. With a Dorch pump, Dorch rates that at 40% more fuel than the pump alone. Because the valve profile is stock, it needs no valve springs and no special cam tuning.

Good to know

• It only works with a Dorch high-pressure pump.
• Gen 1 engines come in two camshaft versions. Pick Gen1 for engines built before 08/2017 and Gen1.5 for engines built from 08/2017. Send us your VIN if you're not sure.
• Dorch notes that near the top of the DS25's range the injectors become the limit, so plan on bigger injectors to get the full gain.
• Fits Gen 1 B58 cars through the 2019 model year: M140i, M240i (F22), 340i (F30), 440i (F32), 540i (G30), 640i GT (G32), 740i (G11) and X3/X4 M40i (G01/G02). It does not fit 2020+ (Gen 2) B58 cars.
